Returns & Exchanges

At LIVE2LIVE, we want you to love what you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
